3D cross phantom (FIPS, dynamic)
Time-dependent 2D fan-beam sinograms of a 3D cross phantom (16 or 30 time frames depending on resolution), shipped with static and dynamic measurement matrices that encode the X-ray transform as an explicit linear operator. Documentation lives at arXiv:1809.00166.
