2016 Low Dose CT Grand Challenge data
The complete data of the 2016 AAPM–NIBIB–Mayo Clinic Low Dose CT Grand Challenge: 30 contrast-enhanced abdominal CT cases (10 for training, 20 for testing) at routine and simulated quarter dose, re-released by Mayo and the AAPM on 21 September 2021 in the same DICOM-CT-PD projection format as the TCIA library. 13 of the 20 test cases are also in LDCT-and-Projection-data, and a README in the download maps the case IDs. This is the data most low-dose CT papers from 2017 onward mean by "the Mayo" or "the AAPM" dataset.
