Mayo Clinic, released through TCIA. 299 head / chest / abdomen exams (99 / 100 / 100), each with a routine-dose scan plus one simulated lower-dose projection set — head and abdomen at 25% of routine dose, chest at 10%. Chest and abdomen are open under CC BY 4.0; the 99 head scans need an NIH controlled-access request because they could be used to reconstruct a face. Raw sinograms in the open DICOM-CT-PD format. It grew out of the 2016 AAPM Low Dose CT Grand Challenge and is now the best real-data source for projection-domain methods.
