STEMPO (FIPS, dynamic phantom)
A computer-controlled motor-powered phantom for dynamic tomography, with static and dynamic scans in 2D and 3D geometry, an approximate ground truth via interpolation, and example code for FBP, FDK, variational and low-rank+sparse methods; format compatible with HelTomo and ASTRA.
